Eligibility
The Renter must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license. International renters must provide a valid passport and international driver’s permit.
Traffic Violations
The Renter is solely responsible for any traffic violations, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period.
Breakdown or Accident
In the event of a breakdown or accident, the Renter must notify the Company immediately. Repairs must not be conducted without prior approval from the Company.
Loss of Property
The Company is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle during or after the rental period.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to provide the rental service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Governing Law
The agreement shall be governed by the laws of Willemstad, Curaçao.
Entire Agreement
The agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.
